My favorite part of the read is when star girl said to Leo he was cut. Hillari Kimble was there because it was her birthday party and Hillari told star girl that she could not sing at her party.But she did sing at her party but she sang to Leo.

I think that the author wrote this book because he wanted us to know that just because your popular doesn’t always mean your the best. Star Girl didn’t never think she was the best. I think that people thought that she was unusual. Being unusual also can mean that you are unique in some ways. I think that a person should like you just the way you are no matter what. The girl named Hillari was being mean to star girl but Star Girl didn’t care. Hillari said that she can’t sing to her but by being nice Star Girl didn’t sing to her Star Girl sang to Leo but it had Hillari’s name in it

The book that im reading is the Star girl. I really love this book because it has good parts funny parts and sometimes sad. If I could jump into this story I would be the friend of her and take her back when she needed it. I would help her sing and help her do anything. But then one day I would trick her and be the other girl’s friend and not her friend. The author would probably call me tooth fasted but I wouldn’t care. Then I would want to be the star girl and stand on the stage and sing and she would be back there sad because she’s not star girl no more. I would be the one who signed people’s hands. I would be the one who had concerts. I would be the one who would be braking it down up there and getting my grove on. She would be the one who would be getting picked on at school and I would be the one who would telling them to. I would be the one who would be having boys all on me. I would be warring my red high heals with my red dress. I would have my pink car with my name on it and I would be blasting my music. I just wish I was in it.

My favorite chapter is chapter 6. It is my favorite chapter because when Stargirl is singing HappyBrith day to Leo but had Kimberly’s name in it and Kimberly told Stargirl not to sing it to her. But Stargirl did not break her promies. She did not sing it to her she sang it to Leo. Then Stargirl grabed Leo’s ear lob and said hes cute. So that is my favorite chapter.

I remembered when sam got attacked. Sam and the mama bird was involved. Sam got attacked because the mother thought that he was taking one of the babys so she flew and stuck her long claws in his back. The baby was very little and when the mom was not lookin he just stuck it in his pocket and wetn back home. But he raised the bird and fed and even rocked it to sleep.

I love my side of the mountain my favorite character is Sam. He definitely reminds me of Maniac Magee. Sam’s tree is super big that’s why he has a bed and the Baron really protects him. In chapters 8-12 they talked about sad tunes in the willow whistles. Sam also got a visitor named Thoreau. I never thought he would get a visitor.

I would predict in the No Talking book that they would all be in the contest and somebody going to be watching somebody around. And they thing somebody is going to crack and I say that because the teachers always going to ask you questions and when they do they have to say five words or more and when they do the girls or they boys or the girls have to say something and I think I have a prediction. I think one by a girl and one by a boy then a girl boy girl boy girl then a boy and then it is going to be a tie and then the only people left is Dave and Lynsey and that’s what I predict so far but I don’t know for sure though. Oh and I Want To Read More.

I think that the end will be good. I it will be a tie or the boys will win. The girls cannot stop talking to each other. I think that Dave and Lindsey are going to kiss each other. It than the whole school will say gross like Dave and Lindsey and then they will sing Dave and Lindsey sitting in a tree kissing.

My slip said “If you could change one thing that has happened in the book so far what would that be? Explain why you would change it.” I would change the fact that the principal wasn’t so mean. And my book is No talking. I said that cause Mrs. Hiatt, the principal, always brings a read plastic bullhorn to the fifth grade lunch and she thinks that it would be to loud if 2 grades were in there at the same time.

There are three things that I would like to ask the main character in the book NO Talking. One question is can I be in the contest; also I would like to be in the contest because I would like to see who talks more boys or girls. The Second question is does Todd join the contest. I would like to know this because if Todd joins all the boys would be in the contest. The last question is who wins. I would like to know because if it is the boys I would be happy.

Most of the time Henrey and Beezus takes place on klickatack street where Henrey, Ramona, Bezus and Scooter then don’t forget Mary Jane. And they do some very interesting stuff like find gum, save ribs and play bus stop with Ramona and sell gum, do Paper Routes ect.

I would change the part were scooter get a bike and henry did I would change were henry get the bike and scooter get nothing because I don’t like scooter.I would the part were Mary Jane would try to tell on henry about the gum that’s been going around the school.but I also would change the part were henry found the gum because that is to much go for a little boy.
