Now that you’ve had a chance to be a home builder, I’d like to hear your opinions and what you’ve learned so far. First of all explain the project to our readers who don’t know about it, and then tell us how your team is doing! What have you been able to do so far, what do you like about it, what is challenging about it?

Building homes of are own was a little bit hard at first but once we got the hang of it it was pretty easy. We had to ask a couple of experts. You have to pick out your floor and doors and stuff but first you have to put it where you want it. Then you have to get your permit once you get your permit you have to try to sell your house. Once you’ve sold your house you have one the game. Me and Jordyn are at the last step we’ve got are permit but we haven’t sold are house yet. Because right when we got our permit it was time to go outside but Mrs. Collazo will let us work on it some more today. Hopefully we’ll get to sell are house.

At first we got our bank money. Then you got to buy a land and clean it. Then you make your house. And do the yard. When you are done you have to sell the house for alot of money.Then you have to pay the bank back their money. But the tricky part is that you have topay the bank back and save some money. Our team is trying to save up money but fix our land and clean it. We are trying to keep our money high and fix the house but it is very hard. We’ve been just fixing the inside so far and trying to keep the ladn clean. I like that you get to decorate your own, in the house. And put things in the yard. My challenge is that I got to watch how much money I spend because you might want to look fancy but don’t forget you got to pay the bank back their money.

What I have learned so far is that you have come up with like what you are going to do. So we got to put a basket ball court a swimming pool and all kinds of stuff. We all most build the house we just need to put up a little bit of stuff to put in the bath room, the living room and the kitchen. We put up a house, stove, TV, a garage, guitar pool, a basketball court. We put a lot more stuff up there and cut down a little bit of trees. At first we couldn’t get it approved cause there was a oil tank down there and it leaked out.

Well I learned that there are different parts of the house that we should have and we shouldn’t have. See, I mean we shouldn’t have all this fancy stuff like skateboard parks and swimming pools and all that other fancy stuff. We’re not saying we’re cheap or nothing we are just keeping it on a budget like half and half we pay back the bank and we have some of the money left like a profit. Me and my team are sticking together and we are not going to give up on these people we are going to give these people the best house ever and help the foundation. Oh and the looks of the house we are getting to it. It is very hard and I don’t think me and him could do it. But the best thing is we are not going to give up we may bump into to stuff on the track but we won’t look back. So far we got everything settled down but we need to get our permit and our stuff in the house. Well me and my team are kind of getting frustrated. But I know for one thing we are never going to give up on building this house for the children and the family of this home. The game is challenging in so many ways we don’t know how to move stuff around and we don’t know how to give the foundation stuff and we don’t know how to do a lot of stuff but we will figure it out on the way though.

It is hard with a partner, but it is okay. We got the house approved. We got the windows in the house. Joey and I have to put more furniture. We got some doors to in our house. It is pretty hard doing this home building. I and Joey did not get it very much. I and Joey are doing good. Joey helps me if I do not get it. Here we are today.

You can never believe how hard building houses are. First they tell you how much money you get so you will know if you have enough to pay for the other stuff. Then they let you pick what city or country you want. You have to pick some things that you want to use in your house. I and my team are working so hard to win this game but it’s too hard. Nobody has ever won this game so far. Only thing we have been able to do was put some rooms in our house and a TV and some doors. We are still working on building our house. I hope we win this game and be the first people to win.

Building Homes of our own is very fun and hard at the same time. Before you go to the permit you have to make sure you have some water around you house. I and my partner Ciara pick a house in the Suburban so we would use all our loan money on the place where we would put our house. So it’s been a little hard like when I and Ciara where picking our house we didn’t know what to do at that point until we got Mrs.Collazo to help us with the house and the other things. So than it was easy at that point. That game is so fun and challenging at the same time.

First, you have to pick where you want to go like Urban (the city) or Suburban (town). Once you pick that, you want to pick a lot that doesn’t cost a lot. And are team, not to good. And the game is hard.

The program that were using is it is fun and challenging at the same time! The most challenging thing is getting your permit approved and spending wisely. And you can put more land you have the more have to pay the bank! And you have to sell it to and put ads to. In the game in the house you have to fill every square!

It was very frustrating for me and David. It was hard just like you said! But it was sort fun talking to people, buying pools and house, and things like that. You start off with a bank account and I had 247,000 dollars. Now I only have about 70,000. But I do sort of like that game.

Well my opinion is that it’s hard to build it because there is a lot of little thing and little details that you need to know. Well it is challenging the first few times, but when you get the hang of it is super easy. You have a budget and you can’t go over it. First you need to buy a lot. Second you need to get a foundation. Third you can get a pool or a basket ball court, garage, spa, porch all that stuff. But during the game you need to get your permit. My team the J builders are doing great we’ve already got our permit we have a whole lot of rooms. We have been able to do the rooms. That’s pretty much it. The thing I love about it is that you can experience how to build a house. The challenging part is that you need to watch your budget.

The game is really challenging because you have to approve your house and prepare it so you can sell it and win the game. You have a variety of what you want to do with the house and how you make it. The most pressuring part is if you are going to sell it or not. And I have found out that you have to try to make a very pretty house so you can win the game.

The object of the game is to pick out a land and start to build a house and approve it and then sell it. My team is doing pretty good I am partners with Whitney. We are now making the rooms so far the rooms are the hardest. I kind of like the game but it is very hard. I just want to get it over with. All me and Whitney have to do is finish the rooms and sell it and stuff and then we are done.

In the beginning of the game you have to pick Urban or Suburban. When you are done picking one of those, you have to pick a place to put your house. Sometimes when you have bought the place to put your house, you have to fix things. When you are done fixing things, it is time to make your house. The hardest part for me is making the house.
